At Philips Domestic Appliances, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the Product
Place the appliance in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated courier service; once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
